Seeking board member and ED feedback to share with scholars wanting a better understanding of how boards define governance. I'm hoping to share a 'real world' perspective on the ways in which we come to understand what it means to govern, what responsibilities we are told are essential to the job, etc. Blog post describes more fully; comments will help expand the group's understanding (and, hopefully, lead to bridge-building between academics and the sector-and practitioner-friendly research).
